Billing Overview

We have designed our Maya Mobile for Business service to provide the most cost-efficient and transparent billing model possible, while offering access to our global roaming network composed of hundreds of roaming networks around the world.

This guide provides an overview of what we will charge your account and when charges will be made.

Maya Mobile for Business Costs

We will charge your Maya Mobile for Business account based on usage, for only 2 billable units. There is no subscription fee or base cost to keep your Maya Mobile for Business account. We charge for the following billable units:

Roaming Data Usage

Roaming Data Usage is charged based on the real data usage of each eSIM created in your account. Data usage is charged according to the standard rate per Megabyte given in your account's Price List, which vary depending on the country where roaming data is consumed.

The roaming data rates are standard across all Maya Mobile for Business accounts, but if you have especially high volume in a particular country, please feel free to Contact Us to inquire about a reduced rate.

eSIM Provisioning

A small fee is charged for each eSIM provisioned to your account, which covers our cost of creating and managing eSIMs for download on end-user devices. The standard fee is $1.50 USD per eSIM provisioned.

When we Charge Your Account

Your Maya Mobile for Business account will be charged whenever one of the following occurs, if there is a balance due.

Account Billing Threshold

When the cost of recent data usage reaches your Account Billing Threshold, we will automatically generate an invoice and charge your Payment Method for the balance due.

Administrators and users with Billing permission can find the Account Billing Threshold and Current Balance on the Billing page.

Last Day of Month

On the last day of the month, we will automatically generate an invoice and charge your Payment Method for eSIM Provisioning Fees according to the number of eSIMs provisioned to your account in the past 30 days.

Additionally, if there is any recent data usage which has not been billed for more than 30 days, it will be included in the end-of-month invoice.

Invoices & Payment Methods

Whenever we charge your account, we will generate an Invoice detailing the charge, which will be available to view and download in your Maya Mobile for Business account. For more information, see: Viewing & Downloading Invoices

When an invoice is generated for automatic account billing, we will automatically charge the primary Payment Method on your account. For more information, see: Managing Payment Methods
