Reassigning an eSIM
To reassign an eSIM to a new user, follow the steps below. Note that an eSIM can only be reassigned if it is not yet installed and has not generated any network events.
- Navigate to the eSIMs page under the Mobile Data section.
- Select the related eSIM.
- On the individual eSIM page, click Reassign in the User section.
- Select the new user under Assigned User and click Update eSIM.
When reassigning an eSIM, the new user will not receive the eSIM activation details via email. To send the activation details, navigate to the Activation tab on the eSIM page, and click Email to User.
