Suspending an eSIM
When suspending an eSIM, please note that it will immediately block network access regardless of any Data Pools or other eSIM-level settings. The user will see an "Authentication error" message on their device if they attempt to access the network using the eSIM.
- Navigate to the eSIMs page under the Mobile Data section.
- Select the related eSIM.
- On the individual eSIM page, click Suspend in the eSIM details section.
- Click Suspend on the confirmation dialog.
Reactivating an eSIM
If an eSIM is suspended, Re-activating will immediately restore access to the network, including all Data Pools where the eSIM is allowed to use data.
- Navigate to the eSIMs page under the Mobile Data section.
- Select the related eSIM.
- On the individual eSIM page, click Re-activate in the eSIM details section.
- Click Activate on the confirmation dialog.
