In case you wish to remove an eSIM from your Business Dashboard, follow the steps below.
Deleting an eSIM
Removing an eSIM will immediately and permanently disable the eSIM's access to your account and any configured Data Pools, and will immediately block network access for any mobile device where the eSIM is installed.
- Navigate to the eSIMs page under the Mobile Data section.
- Next to the related eSIM, click Remove.
- Click Confirm on the confirmation dialog.
Once an eSIM is removed from your account, it cannot be re-activated.
