Account Billing Threshold
Maya Mobile for Business accounts are charged on a usage basis for Data Roaming Usage and eSIM Provisioning Fees. For more information about costs and billing procedures, please see: Billing Overview for Business accounts
The account billing threshold is the amount of data usage costs that will trigger a charge to your Maya Mobile for Business account. This amount does not include eSIM Provisioning Fees, which are billed separately at the end of each month.
Default Billing Threshold
For new Maya Mobile for Business Accounts, the default billing threshold is $50 USD. When your account's data usage balance reaches $50, we will automatically generate an invoice and bill your account. When the invoice is successfully paid, the account usage balance will be reduced to $0.
Billing Threshold Calculation
Our goal is not to charge an excessive amount of transactions, and the billing threshold will automatically adjust with your account usage.
The account billing threshold will automatically adapt to the average of your last 3 payments, or remain at $50, whichever is lower.
