Payment Methods
Your account must have an active Payment Method in order to provision eSIMs and use roaming data.
Managing Payment Methods
Add a Payment Method
To add a Payment Method to your account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Payment Methods page under the Billing section.
- Click Add a Payment Method.
- Enter the Billing Address for the payment method.
- Enter the Payment Method details.
- Confirm the Terms of Service acceptance and click Add Payment Method.
Remove a Payment Method
Your account must have at least one active Payment Method in order to continue using service.
To remove an extra Payment Method from your account, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Payment Methods page under the Billing section.
- Click Remove next to the related Payment Method.
Change Primary Payment Method
The primary Payment Method will be automatically charged for invoices generated on your account.
To change the primary Payment Method, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Payment Methods page under the Billing section.
- Click Make Primary next to the related Payment Method.
