Notification Settings

We will regular send email alerts for Billing events and Data Usage events, including:

• Charges made to your account
• Data Pools nearing data limits
• Data Pools expired after nearing data limits

If you have added multiple users to your Maya Mobile for Business account, you can select individual users to receive Billing and Data Usage related alerts.

Updating Notification Settings

To update notification settings for your Maya Mobile for Business account, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to the Business Settings page under the Settings section.
2. Navigate to the Notifications tab.
3. Click Edit in the Notifications section.
4. Choose the User to receive each type of notification. The user must be an Administrator in order to receive account notifications.
