If for any reason you need to cancel an eSIM order, please contact us immediately by emailing support@maya.net, or Submit a request.
Request a Refund
If your data plan doesn't work or can't be installed on your device, we will provide a 100% refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to faulty data plans with no data usage.
In cases where the eSIM has been successfully installed and data has been consumed, we may issue a prorated refund. Terms & Conditions apply, which can be found in the Master Service Agreement.
