When activating an eSIM with a QR code, you may receive the following messages:
Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change. Your cellular plan could not be set up. Try again later.
There are two possibilities for the cause of these errors.
- The data plan has already been activated on your device or another device. eSIM QR codes are valid for one activation only, then they are invalidated.
- The device does not support eSIM data packages. Please see our eSIM Compatibility List.
