What time do Unlimited eSIM plans refresh?

Unlimited eSIM Plans

We offer multiple Unlimited eSIM plans, which provide different amounts of daily high speed data:

• Unlimited STANDARD - 3 GB of high speed data per day
• Unlimited MAX - 5 GB of high speed data per day

After the daily high speed data allowance, the speed will be lowered to LTE speeds with a maximum of 1Mbps upload/download for the remainder of the day. The high speed data allowance is automatically refreshed each 24 hours.

Unlimited Plan Refresh Time

Your Unlimited eSIM data refreshes every 24 hours from the activation date. 

For example, if your Unlimited Data plan is provisioned at 19:20 UTC on May 21st, your data will automatically refresh each day at 19:20 UTC.

Please note that due to travel and changing timezones, the data refresh time is usually not at midnight. All times in our system are in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for consistency.

Check Your Unlimited Plan's Refresh Time

To find out exactly when your Unlimited eSIM data will refresh, you can visit your Maya Mobile account.

1. Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
2. Click on the eSIM name or nickname, or go to the Settings icon > Manage eSIM.
3. Under the data usage bar, you will see "Data Refresh at..." in UTC.
