Once eSIM activation begins, it usually takes about one or two minutes and may take a few minutes on some devices or networks. Keep the activation screen open while the app is connecting to the carrier.
The Maya Mobile app will confirm when the eSIM is ready. If activation does not complete after several minutes, confirm that the device has a working internet connection and retry the installation process or contact support.
