How to permanently delete an eSIM from your device

If your eSIM has expired and you want to remove it from your device, follow the steps below.

Delete an eSIM

Apple iOS (iPhone)

1. Open Settings, and go to Cellular. 
2. Select the eSIM Data Plan you previously installed.
3. On the next page, look for Remove Data Plan near the bottom of the screen.

Android

1. Open Settings, and go to Connections or Network and Internet. 
2. Go to SIM Card Manager.
3. Select the eSIM you previously installed.
4. Tap Remove.

PLEASE NOTE, after removing an eSIM from your phone, you can re-install it on the same device up to 4 more times using the Maya Mobile app, or by scanning the QR code in your order confirmation e-mail. You cannot re-install it on a different device. If you have a large amount of unused days remaining and need to move your plan to a new device a support agent can help you with that.
