Where can I view my data usage?

You can view your current data usage anytime by logging in to your Maya Mobile account.

Check eSIM Data Usage

1. Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
2. Click the eSIM name or select Manage eSIM under the corresponding eSIM.
3. You can view the data usage bar for a specific Data Plan, or go to the Data Usage tab to view a full breakdown.

Download Data Usage Records

If you would like to download a copy of your eSIM's data usage records, follow the steps above, and look for the Download CSV button on the Data Usage tab. 

The data usage records contain the following information: 

• The unique identifier of your eSIM.
• The start and end time of each data session.
• The data consumed during the data session.
• The country and mobile network associated with the data session. 

Data Usage Update Frequency

Data usage is not updated in real time, and may lag behind the usage reported for Data Plans due to update frequency. Usage records are received from roaming networks up to 1-2 hours after data usage occurs, in accordance with the GSMA NRTRDE standard (Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange).
