Cancel an eSIM or Remove eSIM from Your Account

If your eSIM has expired and you want to remove it from your Maya Mobile account, follow the steps below.

Removing an eSIM

1. On your Dashboard, select the Settings icon.
2. Select Cancel eSIM.
3. Select how you'd like to cancel your eSIM
   • Cancel billing only - This option leaves your eSIM installed for free. Any active billing subscriptions will be canceled, but you can add data to the eSIM again later.
   • Terminate immediately - Disconnect the eSIM and any available data plans. (This option cannot be undone!)
4. Select Submit.

Important: Removing an eSIM from your account does not process a refund. If you would like to cancel an unused data plan or request a refund for an unused service, please see How to Cancel Your Order.
