If your eSIM has expired and you want to remove it from your Maya Mobile account, follow the steps below.
Removing an eSIM
- On your Dashboard, select the Settings icon.
- Select Cancel eSIM.

Select how you'd like to cancel your eSIM
- Cancel billing only - This option leaves your eSIM installed for free. Any active billing subscriptions will be canceled, but you can add data to the eSIM again later.
- Terminate immediately - Disconnect the eSIM and any available data plans. (This option cannot be undone!)
- Select Submit.
Important: Removing an eSIM from your account does not process a refund. If you would like to cancel an unused data plan or request a refund for an unused service, please see How to Cancel Your Order.
