Unsubscribe from Maya Mobile Emails

You can change your email communications settings any time in your Maya Mobile account. By default, we send data usage notifications when your eSIM is close to using all its available data. 

Change Data Usage Alerts

To manage your communications settings, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
2. Select My Profile on the Welcome Banner, or in the top-right, select your Profile icon and click Profile & Settings.
3. Under the Notifications tab, enable or disable the alerts as desired, and click Save Changes.

Unsubscribe from Marketing and Rewards Emails

On the same page, you will see the options to change your preferences for News & Promotions emails and Rewards Emails. 

You can also click the Unsubscribe link in any of our promotional newsletters to unsubscribe from all marketing emails.
