Automatically renew an eSIM Data Plan

If you want to automatically renew your eSIM each month, you can easily enable this setting by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
2. Go to the Data Plans page.
3. Look for the related eSIM.
4. Click Enable Auto Renew or Cancel Auto Renew as needed.

Auto Renew will automatically extend the related data package each month for an additional 30 days.

Please note that you can enable or disable Auto Renew any time, at your convenience. Both Prepaid and Unlimited eSIM data plans are eligible for Auto Renew.

Limitations for Long Term Monthly Renewal

Our service is intended for short-term travel and tourism, up to 180 days, and may not be used as a permanent cellular service. Renewal beyond 180 days is generally not permitted.
