To view your order status and payment history, follow the steps below:
Check Your Order History
- Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
- Go to the Billing page.
- Select the Orders tab.
- Review the related order.
Order Statuses
| Order Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| “Activates…” | If your data plan is scheduled to activate on a future date, you will see “Activates…” with the activation date. |
| Pending Setup | Your order is processing, and will be ready soon. |
| Provisioned | The eSIM or data plan has been successfully provisioned. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled or refunded. |
