Delete your Maya Mobile account

If you wish to permanently delete your Maya Mobile account, you can do so in your Maya Mobile profile by following the steps below:

How to Delete Your Account

1. Log in to your Maya Mobile account.
2. Select My Profile on the Welcome Banner or select the Profile icon in the top right and click Profile & Settings. 
3. Go to the Settings Tab.
4. Click Delete My Account.
5. To successfully delete your account, enter your password in the Current Password field and click Confirm.

Before Deleting Your Account

Please note that requesting to delete your account will immediately cancel any active services, disconnect your eSIM(s) from the network, and block access to your account.

Data Retention Policy

We are required by law and applicable regulations to retain customer data for a minimum period. After the period of time has passed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
